Child Safety Standards

MogMates ("we," "us," or "our") is operated by Thirteen Buck Solutions LLC. We are committed to the safety and protection of minors on our platform. This page describes our standards and policies against child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE).
1. Age Requirements
MogMates is intended for users aged 13 and older. Users must affirm they meet this age requirement when registering. We do not knowingly permit children under 13 to create accounts or access the Service.
2. Zero Tolerance for CSAE Content
We have a strict zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation. The following are expressly prohibited on MogMates:
- Any content that sexually exploits or abuses minors
- Solicitation of minors for sexual purposes
- Grooming behavior targeting minors
- Sharing, distributing, or linking to child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form
- Any content that endangers the safety of a minor
Violations of this policy result in immediate account termination and reporting to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant law enforcement authorities.
3. Content Moderation
We employ the following measures to detect and remove prohibited content:
- Automated scanning of uploaded images using industry-standard CSAM detection tools
- User reporting mechanisms available on all profiles and content
- Human review of flagged content
- Prompt removal of violating content upon detection or report
4. Reporting Mechanisms
Users can report any content or behavior that violates these standards directly within the app using the report function on any profile or piece of content. Reports are reviewed promptly.

5. User Responsibilities
All users are expected to:
- Report any content or accounts that appear to involve minors in an exploitative or unsafe manner
- Not share, distribute, or engage with prohibited content
- Provide accurate age information when registering
6. Law Enforcement Cooperation
We cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies and legal authorities in investigations involving child safety. We retain logs and evidence as required by applicable law and respond promptly to lawful requests.
